Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at xaviqo@gmx.net with the subject “Return Request”.

Please note: Returns must be requested and approved before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we’ll resolve it as fast as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for gift cards, final sale/discounted items (if applicable), or any item that has been used or is not in original condition.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your item (after approval) and place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
