Note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, or external factors (e.g. supply chain delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand). In some cases, delivery may take longer than expected.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs for international orders may vary depending on the destination country. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by local authorities and must be paid by the customer.
Due to different import regulations and logistics processes, international deliveries may take longer in exceptional cases, especially during high shipping volumes or delays caused by external shipping partners.
Tracking Information

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date at xaviqo@gmx.net. We will work with the shipping carrier to find a solution and, if needed, arrange a replacement.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or misdirected deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
